The decor was nice but I almost hit my head on the low ceilings in the shower. Noise levels were unbearable, quite a lovely wake-up call, really. And can we talk about the lack of complimentary gestures? I mean, a welcome drink for 2 nights would have been lovely.

appreciated well decorated queen room with ikea style decoration, wouldn't mind staying there all day. the room had central heating, a work desk, and television plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The units were neat and heated with ikea style decoration. The location is marvellous, to centre of old town.

The hotel offers a cute atmosphere .
The cleanliness was subpar, with dirt on the sheets and pillowcases. I was disappointed that despite promises of cleaning, the same covers remained when we returned. On top of that, the room was narrow, lacked air conditioning, and noise from outside made it difficult to relax.

Near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. For dinner, we went to Sac, it was very close to the venue.

the workers of entire hotel are definitely kind and cheerful. the location is also perfect. 2min to the bas carsi where we can call as a center if any one wants to be in historical center. but i liked the people of hayat, really. thanks to them.
it has a parking problem honestly and would nice to be more generous with the breakfast. breakfast is limited with basic table. And i don't think it would be problem for the hotel to put basic soap and shampoo in the room.

The location was unbeatable, with easy access to
The main attractions, and the staff were professional and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is well-maintained, and I appreciated the efforts to address previous concerns. Some minor details could still use improvement for a better guest experience.

The hotel was very cleaned, all of the 5 rooms, and the hole hotell at all. The staff were kindly, helpfull and very polite. The breakfast was simple , but nice. The hotel was excellent for families in all ages. It was just 5 minutes for a walk to the center of the Old Town. There was a taxi station and buses near by.

Location! Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from Bascarsija, Begova dzamija, Sarajevo museum, Sebilj and other cultural attractions.Hotell staff was very nice, smiled and always ready to help. Value for the money- parking, place to have breakfast and a place to sleep, near to everything.
Thin wall, nose from the lobby (buy ear plugs, cause Drogerie Markt in Sarajevo doesn't have it), strange balconies that are shared among rooms, breakfast could be better (but you can always and grab a "burek").

It was clean. They ordered a taxi. It was on time, but expensive.
Faulty shower door meant bathroom was wet, slippery and dangerous. Toilet operating mechanism broke, needed imaginative operation. Breakfast was limited in unnecessary ways.
